24/7 In-Home care tailored to Unique needs, promoting independence and safety. The goal of RHS is to help the person develop, improve, and retain his/her skills.

This service is available through the Family Support Medicaid Waiver (FSW) and Community Integration Medicaid Waiver (CIH).

Community Integration & Habilitation

We Help Individuals develop life skills and participate fully in their communities. We create safe homes and meaningful daily routines where individuals choose how they live, who they live with, and what they do each day.

Structured Family Caregiving

We support family members who care for loved ones at home, ensuring they receive both emotional and relief. We provide flexible day programs, dependable respite care for family caregivers, and reliable transportation.

Our structured day programs promote skill development, creativity, and social interaction.

This service is available through the Community Integration and Habilitation (C.I.H.) Waiver , Family Support (F.S.W) Waiver and Money Follows Person - CIH Transfer.

Short-term relief for caregivers with safe and compassionate support.

Respite provides short-term care for those unable to do so on their own. This is usually due to an absence of those who normally provide his/her care.
